Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Sales Operations Analyst to strengthen our Global Sales Operations.
This role will report directly to the Manager of Strategy & Planning and will work closely and primarily as a true business partner with our Area Sales leaders and Representatives to bring Business insights, coaching and increase velocity of our Sales engine.

Responsibilities:
- Territory Management champion: will support Sales Leaders and their local business support in providing best in class territory Management planning modeling and support, including securing Global Account alignment across regions.
- Pipeline and Key Business Data hygiene guardian: will develop inspections process and assist in maintaining most accurate and reliable data intelligence.
- Process and System enablement: will coordinate, develop and deliver training path for the Sales population around Processes, Data and Systems. This includes Key sales process steps from opportunity creation to Business closure and booking. In that scope, the role will work very closely with each and every function within the Sales Operations group as well as Sales enablement team.
- Reporting: Will help designing standard robust and targeted reporting set and secure buy in and adoption from the field with specific attention to presentation layout as well as content.
- Adhoc:
- Will help drive and coordinate Adhoc business initiatives, providing guidance, reviews and focus.
- Support / Lead global projects as required (new process definition, new tool introduction and system enhancement)
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Preferred.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Very good communication skills.
- Software Industry experiences a significant plus.
- Sense of ownership, Result driven.
- Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.
- Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
- Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
- Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
- Understand Data Management criticality.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.
- SFDC (Salesforce) CRM a strong plus.
- BI Reporting.
- Strong command on Microsoft Office a must (Advanced Excel).
