NexThreat is looking for a Program Manager to interface with the COR/GPM, Government personnel, and customer agency representatives.

Responsibilities:
•Formulatingand enforcing work standards, assigning contractor work schedules, and reviewing all work products and services
•Supervising personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the
organization to subordinates
•Responsible for the management of the entire program and the assigned staff
•Managing and coordinating the implementation of enterprise cybersecurity planning, authorization, monitoring, operations, response, and engineering activities and integration through all phases of the development lifecycle
•Responsible for managing a complex multitask cybersecurity contract and coordinating all program matters with the COR/GPM
•Responsible for the overall contract performance
Qualifications:
Required certifications:
•DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III, CSSP Manager Certification. Certification must be maintained during the period of performance of the SOW.
•A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, business administration, or other related discipline is preferred.
Requirements:
•Expertise in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks in a highly complex, dynamic environment and maintaining fiscal responsibilities
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• 5 years of documented experience and/or education in IT or Cybersecurity
• General cybersecurity principles and techniques
• Federal cybersecurity requirements, such as security and privacy assessments and continuous
monitoring
• Cloud Security principles and techniques
• Cybersecurity Engineering principles and techniques
• Forensics
• Security Operations Center principles and techniques
• Cyber Incident and Contingency Response
• Cyber Threat Hunting principles and techniques
• Vulnerability Analysis & Penetration Testing principles and techniques
• Supply Chain Risk Management and Acquisition Security
• Cybersecurity Policy & Strategy principles and techniques
• DevSecOps principles and techniques
• SecCM principles and techniques
• General IT principles and techniques
• Data analysis and metrics
Preferred Experience:
• Law enforcement systems;
• Internet of Things (IoT) devices or drones, artificial intelligence/machine learning;
• Continuous authorization (cATO)/DevSecOps;
• Cloud systems;
• Microservices or low/no-code systems.
