Job Overview
The sales administrative assistant provides support to the Enterprise Sales group in organizing and assisting the commercial account team, new market development and site acquisition teams to adhear to process and flow of packet information for project budget approvals and tracking of all major initiatives of the team. Responsible for Information packages to engineering, management and account executives. Provides weekly progress updates to management as necessary. This person processes documents and is responsible for recording, retrieving, and distributing data or information for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team to prepare reports representing current attainment, funnel and prospective close rates.
- Assist in marketing efforts on assessing new areas or underperforming areas that need direct mail or other marketing efforts to increase the backlog. Manage all outdoor, radio, print and direct mail process and tracking of their effectiveness in the market and suggest any pivots to the plan for optimal outcomes.

Assist with the processes for optimizing our sales engineering staffs pursuit of design integrity and steps to onboard strategic accounts into our network based on set requirements and budget outlays.
- Scan, organize, maintain, retrieve, update, verify, and purge information from manual and electronic files.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Monitor, control, and disseminate reports from each team for daily, weekly and monthly business status for management and ownership.
- Interpret and apply instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.
- Perform various departmental audits and perform error fixes or modifications as assigned.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for sales ops design, budgeting, forecasting and design execution meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of commercial, B2B sales team assistance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the aptitude to develop the skills necessary to work with our systems and reporting requirements.

Working Conditions & Travel:
Initial travel requirements are estimated to be around 10% but may grow as the company adds additional locations.
Hours and Compensation. This is a Full-time, Non-Exempt position requiring approximately 40 hours per week performing the duties with the understanding there are some after-hours work required when needed to perform sales administration and preparing the next business day’s plan in order for the team to close sales and or prepare for ongoing initiatives.
