We have an internationally distributed team, but the executive assistant to the CRO must be willing to work in-person at the CRO’s home office several days a week (more initially as you learn the role, then a greater opportunity to work from home). What you’re great at (and what you’ll be doing on our team) • Serving as strategic gatekeeper of Chief Revenue Officer’s time to ensure adequate balance of the calendar to maintain time for strategic planning and other critical functions • Arrange and schedule significant volume of meetings with executive colleagues and teams across multiple time zones; maintain and updates calendar while determining priority of requests and scheduling accordingly • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, and associated documents including comprehensive and detailed multi-city travel itineraries, when applicable • Demonstrate flexibility, poise, patience, and persistence in routinely adjusting priorities and rescheduling meetings • Create and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, and reports • Manage and organize executive files, physical and electronic, as required • Recognizing operational weaknesses and helping sharpen processes or develop new ones • Managing inquiries quickly, proactively, and follow through on tasks to successful completion • Collaborate with other members of the team to provide seamless support for the company • Managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities, assist other department members as needed and act as a backup for other executive assistants when required What you’ve been up to • Working as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives for a minimum of two years • Honing your technology savvy and developing a talent for quickly learning new tools and applications What it’s like to work with us • Enjoy flexible working hours and environment: work from home part-time • Work with team members from all our international offices in Canada (HQ), the US, UAE, India, and Europe • Be part of a flexible work culture that encourages collaboration and connection • Join a work culture committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels as well as creating a community rich with opportunities to grow and contribute Our Qualifications / Requirements • Demonstrated experience taking detailed notes and extracting action items; ability to understand priorities and adjust schedules accordingly • Exemplary interpersonal skills including a professional in-person and virtual presence • Enjoy flexible working hours and environment: work from home part-time Desired Characteristics • Trustworthy – You will have a high level of access to confidential employee and business information and will maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion • Systems savvy – You’re proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools; collaboration tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack • Agile - Extremely flexible and able to shift priorities as needed and manage several work streams at a time • Conscientious – You possess excellent attention to detail, thrive through organization and are comfortable partnering with others to track and meet deadlines • Resourceful – You’re comfortable navigating a complex environment to obtain information and seek buy-in • Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus but not required
