Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Safety and Security Manager to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality and strong leadership skills in safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety and security operations.
- Supervise safety staff and coordinate training and evaluations.
- Manage emergency preparedness plans and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct investigations and coordinate emergency response activities.
- Maintain safety equipment and oversee regular inspections.
Qualifications:
- Luxury hospitality experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Safety and Security leadership role.
- Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- California experience with work comp and OSHA reporting preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
