The Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Directors and Marketing Director. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including in-bound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system).
- Introduces Meditab solutions via mass communication such as email and social media.
- Follows up on leads and conducts research to identify potential prospects.
- Writes sales scripts, online content and company articles for our online channels.
- Assesses the results of marketing campaigns.
- Supports sales team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.
- 1-day and 6-month purchase follow-up calls.
- Assists with demo bookings and webinars.
- Identifies key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Builds and cultivates prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Works with the Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly lead gen and revenue goals.
- Assists Marketing Director in writing reports and analyzing data.
- Helps to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs.
- Manages data for new and prospective clients in HubSpot, ensuring all information, communication, and attachments are accurate.
- Reports and follow-up activities meet the organization's requirements.
- Prepares and analyzes marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 years telemarketing experience or online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be MS Office proficient.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software is preferred.
- Extended use of MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Able to work in Sacramento, CA.
