- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent implementation of therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
