Minimum Education & Work Experience

  • Some College & No minimum years of experience required.

Job Duties

  • Perform computer work in the Statewide Financial System (SFS), Excel, and Word.
  • Conduct general computer entry tasks.
  • Manage filing and document organization.
  • Assist with any additional general computer-related tasks as needed.

  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Miscellaneous Information

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch break each day, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Location and Transportation: The worksite is accessible by Q8 & B13 Bus Lines. The nearest subway lines (A & C) are at Euclid Ave. & Pickin Ave., approximately a 25-minute bus ride away.
  • Interviews: Interviews will be conducted in person.
  • Training: Training will be provided.
  • Compensation: A $50 replacement fee is required for a Parking Garage Key Fob, if applicable.
  • Dress Code: Business/Casual attire is required.
