NFI, Massachusetts Inc. a human service organization is currently seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor for one of its community-based programs based in Danvers, MA.
NFI’s North Shore Continuum (NSC) is an intensive, therapeutic wraparound service designed to support youth who experience emotional and behavioral challenges to live safely and successfully in their home community as well as to support their caregivers. Funded by the Department of Children and Families, NSC serves the Lynn and Salem DCF area offices, providing services to youth (ages 5-18) and to their families. NSC services are flexible in order to meet the unique needs of youth and families, offering an array of services including treatment and outreach; assessment of family strengths, needs, and culture; treatment planning; family systems therapy; skills training; care coordination; and crisis intervention with on-call responsibilities. NSC utilizes two evidence-based programs, ARC and High Fidelity Wraparound, to ensure the best outcomes for youth and families.
The Clinical Supervisor oversees a team of Master’s level family clinicians, Bachelor’s level outreach workers and peer specialist. The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical programming, including direct supervision to program staff and ensuring the implementation of best practices to meet the needs of individuals served.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning for and facilitating individual and group supervisions for all program staff.
- Assessing new referrals to the program.
- Overseeing development of all clinical documentation, including progress notes, assessments, safety plans and individualized treatment plans.
- Reviewing client clinical records to ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations and providing appropriate feedback/training for program staff regarding record keeping.
- Facilitating and/or coordinating clinical in-service trainings.
- Participating in hiring, training, and orientation of new staff.
- Acting as a liaison with funding source and other relevant collaterals.
- Providing case coverage when staff members are out of office.
- Participating in on-call rotation for families and back up on-call for program.
- Coordinating, facilitating and/or participating in family wraparound meetings and other clinical review meetings, as needed.
- Conducting field visits for the purpose of staff coaching and supervision.
- Working with Division Director to assure quality of care and maintenance of program accreditation, as well as program fiscal management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a Massachusetts clinical license: LMFT, LMHC or LICSW.
- Previous experience with child/adolescent population and their families as well as state human service systems (i.e. DCF, DMH, DYS).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills as well as ability to function in a team atmosphere.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
SALARY RANGE: $70,000-$72,000 annually
$5,000 Sign on Bonus!!!
Benefits for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, mileage compensation, and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year which can be used towards trainings, continuing education, exam prep/materials, and licensure application/renewal costs. NFI coordinates licensing support and provides licensed supervision.
