What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales - Front of House position at NH Doughnut Company?
At NH Doughnut Co., we pride ourselves in fresh, creative, and fun doughnuts – there are no rules, no right or wrong doughnut; who are we to judge? The customer has the ability to decide which toppings can go on each delectable doughnut, or choose from our predesigned options on display.
Your top priority will be customer engagement. We are looking for you to provide a personalized, one-of-a-kind experience, to each customer who enters our doors!

Daily Tasks:
- Greeting and engaging customers
- Cash handling
- Brew coffee
- Prepare doughnut display
- Box online orders
- Decorate doughnuts as needed
- Prepare espresso beverages
- Wash dishes
- Clean and sanitize as needed
Experience:
- No barista experience required, will train
- Customer service experience is a must
Physical Requirements:
- 98% of shift will be standing and moving
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Ability to use tools and equipment
