WHAT IS NEW HAMPSHIRE JOB CORPS?
We support the Job Corps program’s mission to teach eligible young people the skills they need to become employable and independent and place them in meaningful jobs or further education. Our center specializes in Facility Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, Certified Medical Assistant, Electrical, Culinary Arts, Security, and Medical Administrative Assistant. We also partner with a local training institution to provide training for Licensed Nursing Assistant.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Must be a Certified Teacher in NH
- A minimum of one year working with the youth population preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Your Shift & Salary: Monday-Friday, 7:45-4:45, no late nights, no weekends! Starting salary at $45,000/yearly.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide students with academic training leading to GED/HSD completion and improved literacy and numeracy skills.
- Provides students with comprehensive and individualized case management that ensures student progress, achievement and completion of the Job Corps program.
- Ensures classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning. Holds students accountable for following Center's dress code/behavioral standards of conduct.
- Encourage students to complete the program and provide support with their classes.
- Maintain student files physically and electronically. Ensure files are complete, accurate, and updated regularly.
- Provide proactive conflict resolution. Counsel students in areas of behavior, training, person hygiene, and study habits.
- Communicate regularly with managers, counselors, and instructors on student concerns that could affect their performance throughout the day.
