BUSSERS NEEDED: $14.20/hour plus gratuity.
Part-time Bussers needed for busy country club in a la carte dining restaurant. We are looking for hardworking and dedicated bussers to provide assistance to our servers and ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for patrons. The busser responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages, running food, clearing used plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required, carrying used tableware to the kitchen area. Duites may also include preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments. Delivering food to tables when necessary. You should also be able to perform end-of-day clean-up duties.
To be successful as a busser, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, an outstanding busser should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve excellent customer service at all times. This job offers an excellent training experience for those seeking to move on to a serving position.
Must be a dependable team-player with reliable transportation. Must be available for various shifts including a.m., p.m., weekends, week nights, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed. Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
