Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Order Filler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring they are prepared for shipment on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders, following packing lists and order sheets.
- Carefully pack items, ensuring product quality and correct quantities, preparing them for safe shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing, ensuring all outgoing orders meet quality standards.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and organizing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts (training provided if necessary).
