Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately locate and pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Packing Excellence: Carefully package products to ensure they are secure and damage-free during transportation.
- Labeling and Documentation: Attach proper labels and complete necessary paperwork for shipments.
- Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory for efficient retrieval.
- Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to meet order deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or packing experience is an advantage but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to accurately read and follow order instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
