Beer Explorer - Brand Ambassador

Nice’d Hard Tea is a growing production brewery in St. Cloud, MN. We are expanding our footprint and are looking for Part-Time Beer Explorers in the Eau Claire area.

THE POSITION:

We’re in search of passionate, hardworking teammates looking to gain more knowledge and experience in the beer business. As a Beer Explorer with Nice’d Hard Tea, you will not only have the opportunity to greatly expand your knowledge, but also have the chance to impact your local community. This will be achieved by conducting samplings and helping out with special events on behalf of Nice’d Hard Tea in an attempt to expand upon our brand recognition and increase our market presence. As a Beer Explorer you will be representing Nice’d Hard Tea to retailers and customers, serving samples legally and responsibly, following event and sampling protocol, and educating and engaging consumers.

BENEFITS:

This is a part-time hourly position. Compensation is $25.00 per hour. As a Beer Explorer you will also be eligible for a beer stipend for each shift worked.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be least 21 years of age.

• Must be willing to travel up to 30 miles for samplings.

• Must have access to transportation.

• Must be willing to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Must have a positive attitude!

• Must be able to approach complete strangers and strike up a conversation.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Willingness to work hard, often at odd hours

• Dedication to learning, improving, and contributing to a dynamic and growing team

• Comfortable with limited supervision and able to make (informed) decisions independently

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with beer or food & beverage is a plus

A majority of our samplings occur Thursday - Sunday with the possibility of an occasional shifts during the week. All applicants must be available to work at least 2-3 samplings per week.

Experience:

• Brand Ambassadors & Demonstrators: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
