Responsibilities / Duties :
- Promotional and Sample Management : Oversee the organization and distribution of promotional materials and product samples, ensuring they are of high quality, readily available, and aligned with market demands.
- Trade Show Coordination : Plan and coordinate trade shows and corporate events, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure events are executed efficiently and effectively.
Evaluate event success through metrics that measure attendee engagement and post-event ROI.
- Customer Experience Enhancement : Play a key role in the customer journey by managing initiatives that touch the salesforce, value chain, and end customers, enhancing overall engagement and satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight : Manage inventory for Nichiha's promotional merchandise store, ensuring budget adherence, sourcing efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Administrative and Reporting : Perform administrative duties including invoice reconciliation and bi-weekly department expense reports, maintaining financial and operational accuracy.
Required Education and Experience :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing or related role, with experience in customer-facing initiatives within a B2B environment.
