Summary
- Provides physical labor as part of a crew or independently to complete project related tasks in accordance with NCC and OSHA safety regulations.
- Ensure that all Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations are followed and enforced; responsible for safety on site
- Ensure that all Nicholson quality standards are met
- Attend safety meetings and provide input as needed
- Work as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors
- Focus on daily and weekly goals for the project with a high level of attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED along with 1 year of construction or similar industry experience
- Ability to work as part of a crew
- Ability to focus on daily and weekly goals for the project
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA and Nicholson safety rules
- Reaching high and low, stooping, and bending continually
- Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 pounds continually
- Able to travel per the company travel policy
- Able to concentrate at a high degree in a busy and noisy construction environment
- Able to work in all types of weather
- Rational decision making ability
