We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nidi Tec Inc. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Contractor sales desk and administration. Assisting and answering questions to walk in clients and contractors.
- Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and oversees cashiering operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing complete and accurate responses in a professional and efficient manner.
- Answering telephone and answering customer questions, as well as transferring to the correct associate.
- Maintains and keeps a clean work area.
- Acts as sales support for sales team when needed.
- Scans all sales tickets over to corporate office and helps sales team with tracking orders.
- Tile and remodeling knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Help maintain the showroom, as well as making display boards.
- Help to create and execute systems to help ease the ordering process and receiving.
- Use structured planning approach to uncover expressed and unexpressed needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft outlook experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (is a plus)
- DO NOT NEED PRIOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE
