The administrative assistant helps with various tasks around the office including, but not limited to, running reports, organizing paperwork, answering phones, billing, reconciliations, Etc.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare billing
- Input data into systems
- Answer phones
- Pull prints
- Filing as necessary; set up and maintain files
- Other duties as assigned
- The employee shall follow all safety rules at all times and not engage in unsafe acts.
- The employee is expected to attend and participate in all safety meetings and training.
We are currently offering a $200 sign-on bonus if you, as the new employee, stays for 30 plus days
Qualifications:
- One to three years’ previous experience in a clerical position. High school diploma or GED required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Needs the ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively; and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff. This position requires the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines.
- This position requires the verbal and written ability to communicate in English with coworkers, customers and the general public. This position requires a skill set in writing grammatically correct routine business correspondence, editing correspondence to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. This position requires the ability to speak clearly and distinctly using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
- The ability to do math equations; billing reconciliations; and summaries for periodic and annual statistics.
- General computer knowledge required. This position requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to be able to prepare business correspondence, including standard business letters, spread sheets, and table/graph/chart formatting to prepare materials with speed and accuracy.
- This position requires the following abilities: common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; to exercise judgment to solve operational problems where the answer is not apparent; to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; and to distinguish between general audience information and confidential information and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
