Acerca del empleo
Apoyar al equipo de ventas SMB a liberar mas tiempo para actividades de ventas. Ser responsable de elaborar los briefings y actividades administrativas y operativas del equipo.
Pre venta:
- Apoyo en la captacion de nuevos clientes (Masivos, llamadas telefonicas, primer contacto)
- Manejo de MSD (Creacion clientes, credit Check y creacion de la oportunidad)
Brief:
- Capacidad de detectar oportunidades comerciales (captar Brief)
Post venta:
- instrucciones de producto
- Seguimiento de la ordenes compra
- Control de cuentas (que todas las cuentas esten bien clasificadas en el sistema)
Acerca de ti
Contar con la habilidad de conectar con diversas areas (Finanzas, Customer Response, GRC, tambien con el equipo comercial de SMB). Abierto a la retroalimentacion y trabajo en equipo.
Qualifications- Carreras: Admistracion, marketing, economia, comercio, comercio internacional,
- Paqueteria Office (excel)
- Ingles deseable
- Comunicacion efectiva
- Atencion al detalle
- Habilidad de seguimiento
- Programacion, Power BI and CRM (deseables)
- Habilidad de manejar la presion y accion rapida
