About this job:
NIQ’s At-Home Neuro Panel is dynamic and growing both internationally and domestically! With over 350 remote panelists completing client studies daily in our US panel, there is a lot of equipment that needs troubleshooting, shipping, tracking, and ordering. The role of the Equipment Manager is to test, troubleshoot, monitor shipping, and refill all necessary equipment pieces for the [email protected] Panel, Chicago Lab, and international pop-up labs. They are to attend and participate in meetings pertaining to equipment status and production so that stakeholders have visibility for timelines/milestones as well as client expectations. The Equipment Manager is a detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver who is excited to get started in helping make the equipment shipping, monitoring, and troubleshooting process to the next level.

The salary range for this position is $26.00/hour - $36.00/hour.
