About this job
As a Sales Enablement Product Owner you will be accountable for managing the portfolio of Sales Enablement platforms used by our SDR and sales teams globally. The list of Sales Enablement platforms includes but is not limited to: SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Zoom.info, Retain.ai, Hubspot and others.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a sales enablement tech roadmap making sure that we are investing in the platforms bringing the highest ROI
- Embedding the platforms into our business processes to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying usage standards for each platform (who, when, how should use a certain sales enablement platform)
- Securing needed user adoption and usage in accordance with the defined usage standards via user trainings and maintaining user community
- Creating awareness at all the level of organization around sales enablement tech roadmap and establishing a process of collecting new requirements for it and adjusting it accordingly
- Successfully managing platforms lifecycle: piloting new platforms, maintaining established platforms, sunsetting platforms not bringing proper ROI
As part of this role, you will work across various groups within our organization: senior business leaders in sales and revenue operations, platforms’ end users around the globe, your teammates in global sales technology team and in global revenue operations.
You will have one Sales Enablement platforms’ Admin reporting to you.
A little bit about you:
We are looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves person with strong business skills and experience, with either some past experience working with technology teams, or the ability and interest to learn how to work with technology teams. The successful candidate must be self-driven, result-oriented and highly collaborative, be able to earn the trust of their peers and internal stakeholders and be able to successfully manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (sales module) is a plus as part of the sales enablement tech initiatives may involve MS Dynamics 365 development.
Work experience of 3 years in a similar role is a plus.
