The Role

In this position, you'll work closely with clients to ensure they are properly onboarded into our systems. This will include following detailed instructions for setup and communicating with clients when necessary. Responsibilities will vary according to client needs, but training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator (written & verbal), super proactive, extremely organized, and able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and follow workflows for setup
  • Maintain and organize a detailed project schedule
  • Communicate with clients and platform support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Communicate closely with coworkers and supervisors


Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication (most important)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM, preferably Salesforce.com, or similar systems (a plus)
  • Strong time management and project management skills
