Office Manager
Nightline Flooring Solutions is a Lititz, PA-based company that provides a wide range of services to the consumer industry. We are a fast-growing, family owned company with a lot of room for growth and we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to work autonomously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of office manager duties, including:
- Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments with customers and subcontractors.
- Coordinating customers’ schedules.
- Scheduling meetings with new clients .
- Ordering office supplies.
- Managing the office calendar.
- Maintaining office equipment (e-mail, printers, phones, etc.)and organizing it for easy access.
- Assisting with office maintenance projects as needed.
- Assisting with office equipment (e-mail, printers, phones, etc.)and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a construction or commercial office environment.
- Experience working on a team is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy of work in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) along with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Lititz, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 4 years (Preferred)
