What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Director position at NIMA?
Description:This position will report to the CEO and be responsible for development and execution of employee training needs including soft skills, clinical skills and job related knowledge. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, a self-starter and have the ability to develop and execute detailed training plans. This is an administrative and organizational role and will include minimal, if any, delivery of training.
Requirements:
- 4 year degree in HR, Organizational Behavior or Business Management, or;
- Equivalent experience in the Medical Aesthetics industry
- Must have aesthetic license or equivalent knowledge of medical aesthetics and cosmetic injections
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft and Google applications, Canvas and Canva
- Must be proficient at creating basic job aids, spreadsheets, presentations and proposals
- Must be professional and able to represent NIMA with vendors and third-party providers
- Must possess excellent communication, time management and project management skills
- Previous experience developing employee development plans and/or training programs is a plus
Expectations:
- Hours: Minimum 40 hrs/week
- Onsite: Minimum 4 days/week
- Report to CEO, Support VP of Education & VP of Spa & Marketing
- Travel expectations to Las Vegas campus between 2-3 days per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Spa Team Support
- Injector Team Training
- Oversee injector statistics, identify training and development needs, facilitate trainings
- Manage training budget
- Manage vendor training resources
- Create annual training plan

- Identify and facilitate sales and clinical training opportunities

- Education/Enrollment Team Support
- Manage ongoing CE training requirements for Instructor team
- Identify and facilitate sales training needs for enrollment team
- Facilitate monthly all-student trainings supported by vendors, includes logistics of scheduling vendors to come and present to both the team and the staff
- Manage the logistics of Student/Staff Mindset for Success day 2x per year
- Leadership Development
- Establish, schedule and oversee administration of the monthly Employee Leadership Development training
- Strategically utilize vendor resources for leadership development training

- Help establish new hire training check-lists to include HR documentation, culture training, job skills training
- Manage the new hire training process, overseeing all new-hires to ensure they are fully trained
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation days
- Facilitate staff quarterly surveys and identify training needs
- Help plan annual events for all-company including Director retreats and holiday parties
- Create helpful clinical training job-aids
