The Nimble Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate management of our inventory and smooth execution of order fulfillment processes. Our Inventory Specialists are integral to our mission by maintaining organization and efficiency in our warehouse operations, ensuring that all inventory-related activities are executed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately track, organize, and manage inventory levels within the warehouse, ensuring all products are accounted for and readily accessible.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pull orders with precision, ensuring the correct products are selected and prepared for delivery.
- Packaging and Delivery Preparation: Efficiently package orders and prepare them for shipment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.
- Receiving: Participate in the receiving process, inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Marijuana Handlers Permit: A valid Marijuana Handlers Permit is required to comply with local regulations and handle cannabis products.
- Affection for Math and Problem-Solving: A passion for numbers and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Intermediate to Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to manage and track inventory data effectively.
- METRC Experience (Optional): While METRC experience is a plus, it is not required. We provide training for candidates without prior experience.
- Curiosity: A curious and inquisitive mindset, eager to explore new approaches and solutions in inventory management.
- Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to work.
