Nina Berenato Jewelry is looking for a Full-time Assistant Manager to help lead an amazing team at our Dallas, TX location. This position is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep. As a local small business, this position offers more flexibility than a traditional corporate role, but the perfect fit would be someone who is able to bring both - organization and high standards for conduct along with creativity and a fun and dynamic personality.
Nice to Have:

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Store Manager in all areas of the daily business
- Supervise, train and assist employees (sales staff, inventory team, visuals) in customer service, sales, store maintenance and product promotions.
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure stocking.
- Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
- Report on trends, areas of improvement and employee development.
- Help to develop a strategy for business growth and increased profit each quarter.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
