Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Sales team in our Head Office in North Sydney. You will be supporting three senior level Sales Executives.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our entire Sales Function at Nine, and play a large part in our fun, and high-performance culture.
Day to day you will:
- Draft emails, manage correspondence, presentations, agendas, minutes, itineraries, proof-reading etc.
- Manage provision of all required support documentation and associated resources VC, AV, catering etc.
- Invoice processing/expenses & approvals
- Maintain organisational charts and email distribution lists
- Assist with on-boarding/exiting staff procedures

Qualifications
You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
What we would like to see on your resume:
- Previous experience as a senior level Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- A strong eye for detail
- Strong and confident communicator
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience in Google Suite
