Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for client invoicing, coordinating new payment methods with our team, and auditing location invoicing. This is a hybrid role, with both in-office and virtual components. The active hours for this position are between 10 am-3 pm MST.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
- Handle tax-related tasks such as collecting income, managing Ebiz Charge and ACH, and updating financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including managing internal accounts and credit cards, paying invoices, and handling bill pay refunds.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and manage accounting email correspondence.
- Handle DocuSign agreements and payment forms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
