We are looking for an SCM Analyst 1 to join our team in Canton, Mississippi.
Job Description :
Design Change Coordination analyst will analyze and coordinate design changes to ensure that the manufacturing floor, engineering, and all other relevant parties are fully aware and informed with the timing and details of the change. He or she will analyze design change adoption timing and related production order timing requirements. The DCC analyst will plan, coordinate, and validate parts supply for production trial units. The candidate will be required to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing & other groups to coordinate the adoption of design changes. The successful candidate will be very detail-oriented with the ability to understand a highly complex bill of material.
Job Functions:
Analyze and update bill of material in G2B.
Track new model parts availability and related tooling status during new model development cycles.
Provide design change details and timing to manufacturing via floor coordination process.
Physically be on the shop floor as needed to verify parts usage and/or help coordinate design changes and support plant trials. Off-shift support may be required occasionally.
Effectively communicate with multiple internal and external customers
Minimum Qualifications:
Job Knowledge and Skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be organized and be able to multi-task effectively.
Education and Experience: A degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred but not required. Bill of material experience is preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel Skills.
