We’re currently looking for a Associate Business Analyst to join our Nissan Digital team in Franklin, TN.
Job Summary
The Associate Business Analyst role is responsible for supporting continuous improvement efforts and systems’ integrations of the Nissan Digital Marketing & Sales Dealer Facing team. In addition, this role works cross functionally with other business domains to identify and document requirements for new and existing technology solutions, with emphasis on solving business problems and adding business value.
Job functions include but are not limited to:
Support the work team’s investigation of processes, technology, cost, and strategy while identifying options for improving and bridging the needs of the business with the use of information systems and technology.
Partner with the internal business departments, external vendors, and enterprise service providers to drive and deliver solutions.
Drive and own incident analysis toward resolution by working with multiple third-party vendors to ensure maintenance and support is carried out effectively among all parties.
Learn, interpret , suggest resolution to technical systematic issues, and communicate these issues effectively to management and peers.
As necessary, perform any other relevant duties across different functional areas, regionally and globally, to aid in the success of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or in Computer Science, Data Science or similar field; advanced technical degree and/or internship experience preferred
Min 0 to 2 years of relevant job experience
Excellent verbal and written skills in local language
Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
Self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop talents and skill sets
Adaptable to changing priorities with a flexible workday
Ability to manage multiple assignments/efforts from beginning to completion
Able to work efficiently in a hybrid environment (remote/in-office)
Available to work outside traditional business hours for monthly code promotion, production incident resolution, and as-needed business support
Possess effective interpersonal communication skills to: Collaborate and influence business users and various IT/IS teams; Effectively communicate work status, issues, and mitigation plans to management and peers; Interpret complex business requirements and drive technical solutions
Possess excellent problem solving skills
Possess technical skills with the ability to understand technical systematic issues
Ability to use analytical skills to understand the organization and its functions, identify opportunities, analyze issues, and solve problems while leading efforts to drive concepts from requirements to market delivery
Ability to draft statistical reports to assist decision-makers and provide detailed project status
Possess a good understanding of Agile software development
Familiarity with various types of project management and business analysis software/tools
