Essential Functions- Job Duties: The following duties are considered essential to the job. Qualified individuals must have the ability to perform the following duties.

  Confirm every load is correct by matching the pallet tags against the pick ticket and make sure it has the
• Appropriate initials “PB, LB, & CB.”
• Pull orders, and load trailers as assigned by Supervisor.
• Ensure all trucks are loaded within the specified time frame.
• Receive inbound shipments, returns from customer and stock transfers.
• Rack finished goods from production and record the movements
• Rotate inventory by Production Date Code, ship oldest date codes first.
• Perform the forklift inspection on a daily basis and report any problems to the supervisor.
• Ensure daily production count is accurate.
• Ensure that partial pallets are stacked, stowed, and pallet slips are accurate.
• Sort, stack and put away the returned pallets from carriers, also when working with Mexico products or when flipping pallets from chep to regular pallets #1 or #2.
• Perform month end physical inventory and cycle counts as assigned by supervisor to ensure physical inventories matches book inventory.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse up to including empty trashcans.
• Build modular orders.
• Replenish Liquid Propane Gas tanks.
• Track pallets in and out for each shipment. Fill out the trailer inspection sheet before loading each trailer, if find any damage or the trailer is filthy, do not load it and report it to your supervisor.
• Observe and follow all safety and forklift operator rules and company policies.
• Report any safety violations and unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with respect to Good Manufacturing Practice.

• Clean up any damaged loads at once.
• Clean up the spilled debris at once.

• Operate the forklift in strict compliance with the safety rules.

• Report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor or manager.
• Major safety rules to the operation of the forklifts are but not limited those below:
• Speed limit of the forklift is 5 mph.
• Wear seat belt when riding the forklift.
• Stop the forklift at the designated locations.
