NiteLines USA, Inc. is looking to hire for the following position: POWER Payments Processor
Location: Atlanta, (Twin Towers 2 MLK Drive SW)Pay: $16 hr. / $17 hr for bilingual candidates (please indicate such in your application) Hours: 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Start Date: May 10, 2021Duration of Assignment: Approximately 12 WeeksNumber of Openings: 30-40
NOTE: The following will be required: satisfactory pass background checks, Decal will issues ID badges, attend orientation, and training on system. Processors will need basic computer skills, visual acuity in reading uploaded documents, and the ability to read and understand English, attention to details, Customer Service-related experience is a MUST. These positions will be 40 hours per week located at the Atlanta office.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing applications. Processors will be logging into the KOALA Outback system to check for eligibility and to confirm completion of documents verifying lawful presence and employment for each employee. Processors will be working within our data system and will be trained prior to the application window closing. Most items being reviewed will be indicated by selecting items in a drop-down menu.
Those who are processing POWER Payment applications will be verifying:
· Employee Power Status
· Affidavit Status – eligible, returned, or ineligible.
· Number of hours worked per week.
· GaPDS number
· Role
· Length of employment
· Employment verification
· Duplicate SSN
For checking Affidavit Status: Processors will be checking submitted documentation for completion and legibility. Processors will select reasons for determination from a drop-down menu. Items that need further review will be sent to Managers for follow up. Documents that will be reviewed include the Lawful Presence/Employment Verification document, supporting documentation for Lawful Presence, and supporting documentation for employment. If, after reviewing, more information is needed, the employee record will be sent back to Provider for correction/completion.
After all information has been verified and the employee is deemed eligible, their individual application will be submitted to the payment agency for further processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and 1 year of Customer Service-related experience
OR Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university AND two year of Customer Service related experience
OR High school diploma or GED AND Three years of Customer Service-related experience
