We are seeking a detail-oriented Solar Scheduler to join our team! You will play a critical part in the solar installation processes by managing the calendars for installs, site surveys, services, deliveries and other crucial tasks. The right Solar Scheduler candidate for NIVO is reliable, has a successful record of meeting deadlines, is organized, can handle high volume of work and is a team player!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the scheduling queue, ensuring that each crew is scheduled as efficiently as possible and in advance as much as possible
- Create innovative solutions to scheduling problems
- Reviews all notes in the file to ensure that nothing is missed prior to install
- Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
- Serve as point of contact between field ops and back office
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling, or other related fields
- Must have great customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in teams
- Must have a computer and Wi-Fi
