Upon completion of training, the Entry Level Business Representative is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs.
The Entry Level Account Manager plays a vital role in the success of our company and the continuous growth of our clients. As the Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating account growth, driving sales, and facilitating regional and national expansion opportunities. The Entry Level Account Manager will work directly with potential customers to establish a proper connection and an all-inclusive sales solution to fulfill our account requirements.

As an Entry Level Account Manager you will:
- Provide exceptional customer services to potential new account leads within a designated residential territory
- Attend account manager trainee meetings with upper management, scheduled conference calls, and product information sessions
- Manage the account and the territory, appointment scheduling, and closing all deals
- Analyze the sales volume and provide structured status updates to forecast projected growth accurately
- Accelerate growth and revenue by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis and upselling
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer and create a lasting impression through outstanding service
- Document and track account information, sales activity, and trends within the assigned territory
- Use strategic leadership to inspire change, drive performance, and promote a team environment
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you should have:
- 0-2 years experience in customer service, sales, operations, or account management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Management, or Sales is preferred but not required
- Additional experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching of people and their development is preferred
- Courteous and positive attitude while maintaining a professional image
- Excellent communication skills especially in simplifying information to be easily understandable to customers, answering questions thoroughly, and maintaining a reassuring positive demeanor
- Eagerness to develop a leadership mentality and further their development alongside other Account Manager Trainees
- Goal-oriented frame of mind, decisiveness, and an excellent work ethic to achieve defined success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
