- Experience needed in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Job Duties:
- Align HR practices with company strategy; collaborate with US HR.
- Support site operations with effective HR initiatives.
- Contribute to HR goals, projects, and systems implementation.
- Oversee associate performance management and ensure policy adherence.
- Utilize shared services for HR tasks; facilitate recruiting and onboarding.
- Assist in annual HR processes: performance, compensation, and talent planning.
- Conduct training on leadership, compliance, and technical topics.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain employment records.
- Administer HR documents promptly and accurately.
- Participate in site leadership meetings, representing local needs and policies.
