Training pay is $13/hr; after training pay will increase to a starting base of $14/hr
Natural Life is a natural wellness store dedicated to providing our customers with honest, transparent, and informed information about CBD, Kratom, and Kava and to provide them with the appropriate products to enhance their lives.
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and ideally have at least ~6 months of prior retail experience. Having prior knowledge about CBD, Kratom, and Kava is a major plus.
A Natural Life team member’s responsibilities revolve around Customer Service and Store Maintenance. These are the most important concepts to be comfortable with when working at Natural Life as our stores are made up of many moving parts that we will break down for you below.
- Greeting customers appropriately and warmly
- Inviting customers in by handing them products and getting them involved
- Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about CBD, Kratom, and Kava products backed up by training
- Maintaining the store through timely restocking both at the beginning of the shift and throughout the shift
- Timely completion of daily and weekly tasks as outlined by the management team
- Receiving inventory and updating the management team when products arrive
- Cleaning the store throughout the shift
- Appropriately completing open and closing routines
- Communicating in a timely manner with other team members and the management team
- Upholding the company's core values by being respectful, responsible, and timely
In addition to these tasks a Store Manager will also be responsible for:
- Coaching our team to make everyone the best team member and leader they can be
- Helping the Assistant Manager delegate tasks among the team members
- Possessing a store key and keeping it safe
- Opening and closing the store
- Counting money and depositing it in the safe
- Making bank deposits
- Maintaining inventory through the use of the ShopKeep program
- Placing orders for more product
- Maintaining the store's daily supplies and consumables
- Creating schedules
- Assisting in hosting team meetings
Opening and closing shifts vary store to store; most shifts are between 5-7 hours
