Customer Service Inside Sales
Responsibilities and duties encompass a wide variety customer service related tasks such as processing customer orders and solving customer problems, rental fleet equipment support as well as various shipping and receiving assignments.
Tasks such as data entry, cycle counting, inventory and distribution of parts and hardware as required and to investigate, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding parts orders, problems with accounts, service, or equipment. Position requires a friendly and genuine customer service attitude.
This position is fast paced and working independent of supervision is a must. Representatives must pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, multi-task oriented and a good conversationalist.
The ultimate goal is to provide NLB and its customers with world-class service and an attitude to go above and beyond for the customer is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
