Job Summary
The Human Capital Management is responsible to take a look at agencies’ workforce needs and the planning and development required to build human capacity so they can successfully deliver their mission. The role also works with federal government clients to create strategies for developing, aligning, and motivating their workforce to improve performance and achieve mission goals by having the right people with the right skills in the right roles.
Essential Job Duties
Workforce Assessment and Planning
- Performs organizational assessment to help identify key issues and opportunities that can improve the agencies’ overall effectiveness.
- Provide guidance in Strategic and Policy Development.
- Develop efficient and effective approaches to attract, engage and retain human capital and ensure proper workforce alignment to business needs.
- Manage diversity to promote greater inclusion of employees across variety of backgrounds by employing policies and strategies that are responsive to it.
Talent Development
- Responsible for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees by assessing company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
- Provide Executive Coaching to meet the needs of the organization and the individual employees in order to become the most effective version of themselves and enhance their business’s performance.
- Provide guidance in succession planning around different processes including but not limited to training & development, career planning & management, and replacement and succession of employees.
- Organize team building activities aimed to unite employees around a common goal and generate greater productivity.
