About the Team
The People Team at Noah Medical is dedicated to the development, implementation and management of our People Strategy, which includes talent acquisition, support of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding), people programs, operational compliance, employee data management and reporting, compensation and benefits strategy, as well as org design and development support. We support all aspects of People processes and partner with leadership to align the People Strategy with the business priorities and needs. Noah Medical is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help us develop our leaders and team members. We're looking for individuals who can drive change and be a strategic partner to our people. You should have experience supporting business groups with L&D programs, organizational design, managing employee relations, and operating as a cultural role model in a start-up, agile and ambiguous environment, as well as developing structures and programs as a company scales and matures. You should bring a high level of integrity while embodying our humble and passionate culture.
\n- Work closely with business leaders to understand and contribute to each team's current state, desired future state, gaps, and priorities needed to achieve business goals.
- Provide thought leadership, coaching, and development feedback at all levels regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. This will include the following areas: talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, career development, performance acceleration, employee engagement and experience, employee relations, compensation and rewards, talent development, recognition, and other people related topics.
- Develop and lead learning and development programs that align with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic people programs that build cohesive teams, lead to development, and positively impact engagement and retention.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform key business and talent decisions.
- Collaborate with other People Team functions (operations, talent acquisition, total rewards, etc.) to inform the design and implementation of People programs.
- Be a champion of company culture, values and employee experience by identifying and executing on people programs that empower and engage team members.
- BA/BS degree in business administration, psychology, communications or other related discipline.
- 8 years as an HRBP or related discipline, ideally with time in the tech and/or medical device industry.
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and federal, state, and local employment laws (global employment law knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organization to achieve business results.
- Strong desire to help others and an intellectual curiosity about people and organization issues.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities; as well as the ability to make thoughtful decisions independently in a complex, ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to roll-up your sleeves and be “scrappy” to find resolutions and get things done.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Ability to operate independently, but a preference to succeed collectively with intelligent people who challenge you to do your best work.
- Possess impeccable discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
