Interested in joining our multi-disciplinary digital forensic team to enable and enhance our Department of Justice clients?
You would join Noblis’ Law Enforcement Programs division as we continue to grow our capabilities. Today our team consists of developers, scientists, engineers, researchers, and analysts that have served federal, state, and local government clients on the most difficult high-consequence problems in analytics, biometrics, AI/machine learning, encryption, and forensic science for over 20 years. Our team is engaged across the law enforcement and intelligence community and has been instrumental in making our customers’ programs successful in analytics, automation, and digital solutions spanning identity science, AI/machine learning, computer vision, biometrics, forensics, media analytics, systems engineering, software development/integration, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
In your role you will work with multiple teams to design, develop, deploy, maintain, and migrate solutions in multiple environments for national security missions spanning infrastructure development and management, systems engineering, and administrative management which are transforming the way law enforcement and the intelligence community handle and analyze information and translate it into actionable intelligence. Additional responsibilities may include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, configure, and provide operations and maintenance for specialized networks and its infrastructure.
- Support operations through monitoring, testing, troubleshooting of systems.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and vendors to meet mission needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study; or 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Five years of experience in network/system administration environment within an IT organization.
- Experience with Cisco enterprise and data center networking.
- Troubleshooting complex networking configuration issues, including cryptography, firewall, switch, and router.
- Experience with:
- Cisco UCS, SDN, and VoIP communication solutions
- Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems for enterprise data center operations
- Facility operations and support, including CRAC units, condensers, power/battery backup and rack management systems
- Cloud services (Azure and AWS), including integration, migration and configuration for hybrid environments
- Installing, configuring, and keying (manual and Over-The-Air) cryptographic equipment
- Security configuration of cryptographic devices, including General Dynamics and Raytheon TACLANE devices
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Polygraph eligibility.
Desired Skills:
- CCNA and CCNP.
- Experience with Cisco ACI.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
