Responsibilities
As Task Lead for a large-scale enterprise IT implementation effort, you will be managing a team of Project Integrators in support of our Federal Government client. You will be working with the leadership team, technical experts, and program stakeholders, using your skills and experience to provide management support and oversight of a dynamic, high visibility, long-term implementation affecting national security professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with technical reporting on project schedule, program risks, implementation deliverables, staffing, and other management interests
- Support complex problem solving related to enterprise implementation issues
- Provide support to a technical team of architects, developers, engineers, and testers
- Monitor Agile implementation to ensure smooth sprint cycles, and delivery milestones remain on schedule with a clear understanding of risks, dependencies, and critical path
- Support Senior managers in developing, updating, and presenting executive-level briefings
- Foster and maintain positive client engagement, with a high level of professionalism
- Utilize consultative skills set to assist clients in adapting approaches for fast-paced, Agile implementation environment
- Partner with stakeholders to gain subject matter knowledge
- Utilize Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, Confluence, and Visio to capture integration actions/tasks, program artifacts, and supporting documentation
- Identify and document possible program integration risks and coordinate approaches to mitigation
- Work in a collaborative environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and delegate productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments
- Actively communicate and share information about clients emerging support needs and trends with team members and management
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of work experience, preferably 3 years in the IC working directly with Federal Government clients
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in a dynamic work environment
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
Desired skills:
- Ability to generate summary reports that clearly communicate results of project meetings, stakeholder facilitations, and technical exchanges
- Ability to proactively anticipate and prepare for upcoming client needs
- Experience leading project integration tasks on a technical implementation
- Experience maintaining a risk register, including coordinating stakeholder input, identifying mitigation options, and capturing program management decisions
- Experience supporting program management reviews and governance bodies
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
