Why become a Trainer at Noggin?

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate trainer to lead the way in delivering training on Noggin's next generation software solution. As our Trainer - you will be responsible for understanding Noggin’s products in detail, as well as the context, requirements and learning needs of our customers. You will then analyse these requirements to devise the way to address these needs and you'll then go about delivering on those solutions.

You're a Software Trainer who's keen to take on a new role within a growing SaaS company where you'll be able to lead and deliver systems training to employees, partners and customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all training attendees are able to walk away from your sessions with a firm grasp of our software and how best to use it.

What does it take to be a Noggin?

Your number one focus is to ensure that Noggin’s customers, partners and internal stakeholders have the knowledge and skills they need to proficiently operate and administer our software. This includes ensuring that the training you deliver ensures that they have excellent learning experiences.

You'll need to be a self-starter - with the ability to manage your own day-to-day tasks. You're passionate about delivering systems training for a complex and broad software application that is both powerful impactful. For you, there is no better feeling than knowing that your training attendees have walked away from one of your sessions feeling confident in using Noggin's software and just as passionate about what the software can do as you are!

Of course, you'll bring with you a breadth of experience in systems training on complex SaaS applications where you were responsible delivering training to a broad range of users and stakeholders. As a result, you're an excellent communicator, you're tech savvy and you're exceptionally well-organised. 

What does success look like in this role?

3 months: You're fully conversant with our business and next generation software tool. You have developed a clear training plan and strategy for how you're going to build, deliver and evolve our systems training in the following 12 months. You've also developed and delivered a few training sessions in this time too.

6 months:  You've reached a steady rhythm in terms of delivering regular training to Noggin's internal stakeholders, customers and partners - with a clear road-map for what sessions to deliver and which users are best suited to attending each. Additionally, you've made a few adjustments and tweaks along the way from the feedback you've received from the business and your users.

12 month: You've delivered an excellent experience to everyone you've trained to date, you have delivered on the objectives you set at the start of your time with Noggin and you're ready to evolve this in the following 12 months as the business and product continue to grow.
