We are looking for a Field Support Representative to join our team. This position is a customer facing position, representing Nokia Federal Solutions (NFS) to military and industry partners.
As part of our team, you will:
The Field Support Representative will be responsible for first line customer support, training events, conducting product demonstrations & attending business development events on an as-needed basis.
Travel: This position will require travel, both domestic and international, 50% of the time.
Note: This position is only open to U.S. citizens, who are able to obtain a Secret level security clearance, given the nature of our customer.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as government contract Field Service Rep or equivalent military maintenance background.
- Extensive technical troubleshooting experience
- Experience instructing/training network operators and/or network maintenance staff
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting all components of a tactical radio network
- Hands-on experience in mobile device testing with system simulators for at least 2-3 years
- Good understanding of the 3GPP specifications
- Have an excellent knowledge of the challenges associated with the wireless communications infrastructure
