What you will learn and contribute to
- Lead the architecture and design activities for one or many complex SaaS technical projects.
- Drive creation and maintenance of end-to-end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, High-Level design, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data models across the SaaS ecosystem.
- Drive delivery of clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Drive the development of the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
- Drive the design & support of workflows/streams, installation, & solution testing.
- Provide high interaction with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer on its strategy positioning & end-to-end architecture on multiple domains.
- Guide other engineers and architects in project-related matters and OSS domain.
- Collaborate with industry experts, product strategists and product engineering teams to produce innovative architectures & solutions addressing market SaaS needs.
- Transform SaaS vision into marketable software in a rapid agile environment.
- Provide significant input into product roadmap and help accelerate product roadmap.
- Drive architectural vision for integration of SaaS services onto Nokia’s SaaS Delivery/Ecosystem Framework.
- Participate in promotion of SaaS software, concepts and vision to potential customers.
- Mentor global base of designers and product developers.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Candidates with BS/MS in Computer Science / Electronics & Communucation will be more relevant
- At least 5 years leading high-performing SaaS architecture teams.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecom domain.
- Solid background in the area of Networks and Network Services, namely:
- Extensive experience leading teams in the architecture of SaaS services and Cloud Native applications.
- Extensive awareness and experience architecting with AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with 3GPP specifications concepts.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in providing Solution Architecture /Consultancy.
- Excellent knowledge of operator’s fulfilment & assurance processes and link to operator’s end-to-end business processes.
- Worked with any T1/T2 operator in defining and implementing architecture for BSS/OSS/Network related processes.
- Contribution to standards body like TMForum & Domain certifications – eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL
- Good knowledge of virtualization concepts (NFV) associated to the telco domain.
- Knowledge of IT concepts associated with the deployment of modern networks.
- Containerization concepts (micro-services architecture, Kubernetes container management).
- Experience of transformation consulting developing design & architecture.
- Knowledge and /or prior experience in at least one of the technologies like 5G Slicing, Fixed Wireless Access, SDWAN.

- Has both prior hands on delivery experience
- Technical Consulting & Customer Support
- Experience with CSF Platform
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Cloud computing
- DevOps, DevSecOps
- Experience with troubleshooting of network issues and software products
- Relevant operations, security and privacy credentials
