JOB TITLE:
Accounts Receivable Specialist

DESCRIPTION:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining and reporting the accounts receivable function for all Nolato GW North America locations.The primary functions are customer billing, customer payment processing, customer collection efforts and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bill all shipments and process invoices daily.
Properly apply customer payments to outstanding receivables.
Develop relationships with customer account payable teams.
Managed aged receivables via customer contact and follow through.
Manage and process customer debits, coordinating with internal customer service team.
Perform monthly reconciliation of the A/R subledger and selected general ledger accounts.
Prove daily cash reporting and monthly summary reports on aged receivables and outstanding customer credits.
Qualify and set up new customers in system.
Work closely with customer service, operations, and commercial team to ensure a coordinated team approach to customers.
Provide accurate communication of relevant issues to appropriate management.
Perform A/R function consistent with establish guidelines and procedures.
Work to improve processes and tools to drive more efficient and effective management of the accounts receivable function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and accounts receivable experience.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Strong customer service skills
