Education Requirement: Minimum MSW or MA degree in related field required, w/ 1-year of supervisory experience required; knowledge of congregate setting is preferred. Prior Clinical work performed and case management experience a plus.
The MST-FIT supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of assigned MST Coaches and their assigned cases within the social service department of the RTC program. The supervisor works collaboratively within the RTC social service department and across the residential program providing the MST-FIT program clinical model of treatment. Collaboration with administrative/case planning/residential staff to address and support resident needs through the evidence-based model is essential. Furthermore, assumes responsibility for the success of the team and program model of implementation. Hands on and very involved in the day-to-day service and operation of the MST-FIT model.
Salary : $62,500 - $65,000
