Nooter is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our project management team. Our offices are located in Toledo, Ohio. The role would oversee project controls by closely analyzing data on projects and work closely with the Project Manager to capture and report accurate information.

- The ability to account for approved scope growth in schedule and budgeted forecast.
- The ability to analyze and classify committed and actual costs to the correct budget code.

- The ability to incorporate positive interpersonal skills when communicating and interacting with customer, subcontractors, vendors, craft and Nooter personnel.
- The ability to report workhours for Nooter and subcontractors.
