Position Summary*: Field calls from customers and in turn assigns Service Technician to account, coordinate Service Technician’s daily schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:

• Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
• Communicate with Service Technicians as well as customers.
• Daily dispatching of routes to Service Technicians.
• Routing territory of greater Galt area and surrounding areas.
• Able to work holidays and weekends.
• May be required to work longer than assigned shift to complete duties.
• General
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
• Regular and punctual attendance.

• To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience*:
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years’ experience in field.

Language Skills*: English required.
