Job Posting for GROUP HOME PROGRAM DIRECTOR at NAFI Connecticut / Rhode Island / New York
NAFI CT, Inc. is a multi-service agency that provides programming, consultation and individualized support services to youth, families and adults across Connecticut. NAFI, CT is currently recruiting for a Program Director for our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group home program. The DBT group home is located in Litchfield, Connecticut. The program serves adolescent females and their families. Services provided within this program consist of a balance of evidenced based practices and holistic interventions such as yoga and meditation.
The Program Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the residential program; ensuring compliance with DBT; collaboration with state and educational entities; fiscal management; staff development and training; development and maintenance of quality improvement initiatives. Strong leadership qualities and creative program development skills will be key for the Program Director, as they will have room to infuse their experience and vision in the design and growth of the DBT program.
Requirements – Master’s Degree and licensure in Social Work or related field and 3 years of supervisory experience. Residential and clinical experience strongly preferred.
